Head - Commercial Operations - Pharma/Healthcare

Our Client is a multinational pharmaceutical company and is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies by both market cap and sales.

Skills Required:

- University degree in Business Administration/ Finance, MBA/ C.A

- 10+ years of experience in healthcare/ Pharmaceutical industry

- Audit or consultancy background

- Excellent analytical, negotiation skills

- Experience of operating at a senior level and the ability to influence decision making will be critical to this role.

- Experienced in leading teams to deliver outstanding results.

- Proven track record in front line financial operations and/or shared service development.

- Engage other organizational units across boundaries to develop integrated core business processes and co-ordinate output

- Support decision-making process through technical expertise

- Respond to business partners- basic/technical needs for help or information in a timely manner, probing for specification if needed

- Analyze and anticipate impact of plans across different functions, and make sound business recommendations based on this analysis.

- Provide timely and accurate financial and management reporting that serves as the basis of performance management and decision making

- Assist in the translation of business/ organizational decisions into reporting requirements
