- Head of Commercial Operations reporting into the CEO for a leading Manufacturing concern to be based at Kolkata.

- Plan material and contract requirements based on overall project and manufacturing schedules.

- Left over material utilization including capital Repair Material at plant.

- Project Material & Engineering Material Warehouse management.

- Negotiation for the entire Project purchase

- Vendors Creation and Management.

- Legal advisory and Liaison with different Govt. Agencies, taking care of different schemes & incentives.

- Factory Act Compliance, Plant Statutory Compliance

- Ensure proper control of Stores materials and stock valuation system.

- Create a robust and modern IT enabled inventory management of export and imports, including clearances level, ABC analysis of stock, ROL, etc.

- Accountable for the plant administrative and commercial functions along with pilferage Security

- Core-Value Implementation, to Drive Best Practices & Best Culture within the organization
