- Strategy implementation: discussing with key market leaders to develop practical action plans and provide specific details including people involve, places, costs, and projects

- Responsible for overall regional market access strategy based on coops, dealers and direct sales regional trends

- Create and implement product planning focused on market access tailored by regional sales and type of customers

- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness for continual improvement.

- Support and focus on commercial campaign implementation aligned with the Regional Sales Plan priorities

- Lead different teams of Farm Advisors to support liquidation and maintain strong relationship with farmers
