Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial leasing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Oversee all aspects of the commercial leasing function, leading and mentoring a team of leasing professionals.

- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for expansion and growth.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to ensure the company's leasing strategy remains competitive.

Business Development & Client Relationships:

- Spearhead efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial real estate market.

- Develop and execute targeted marketing and client acquisition strategies to attract new tenants across diverse industries.

Revenue Generation & Performance Management:

- Set ambitious revenue targets for the commercial leasing portfolio and lead the team in achieving them.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track leasing performance and identify areas for optimization.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.

Operational Excellence & Team Leadership:

- Streamline leasing processes to improve efficiency and expedite transactions.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of leasing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and results-oriented execution.

- Oversee the training and development of the leasing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 10+ years of demonstrably successful experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market dynamics across various industries.

- Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven ability to close complex deals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
