Head - Commercial Insights & Cost Analytics - BFS

Key Focus Areas :

- Contribute to T&EO and performance with insights, collaborative input and expertise that promotes value creation, innovation, managed risk, and improved performance.

- Inform the decision-making process of key stakeholders on investment optimization strategies through an strong understanding of cost drivers with a focus on using commercial levers to optimize, rationalize, reinvest, and reduce costs.

- Provide commercial support to reduce "run" costs and reinvest in "change" initiatives

- Bring thought leadership to support the development and execution of the T&EO strategy & business plan

- Coach, support and drive the upskilling of commercial acumen across T&EO and Finance.

- Manage and govern commercial processes for T&EO, including capacity and resourcing analytics & insights.

- Help drives the uplift of commercial capability for T&O operational leaders
