Commercial -
- Responsible for end to end Commercial Operations of the Company
- Through research, analysis and field experience, develop business and share financial recommendations for top line & bottom line growth & business expansion
- Strategize, design and implement the rewards and recognition schemes in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Drive profitability through focus on ROI on scheme spends, cost controls and collections management.
- Ensure compliance to business process, policies and legal procedures by the Distributors.
- Along with the Regional Commercial team, engage regularly with the Distributors to monitor their business movement
Management Accounting
- Prepare and finalize the Annual Operating plan (AOP) & budget for the organization in alignment with the Management team
- Monitor and analyze the AOP through the year.
- Own the P&L of the organization
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify, alleviate, manage probable financial risks
- Analyze Sales & Company performance and contribute in respective action planning through forecast, data & trends.
People Development
- Create a sense of belongingness and team bonding within the team
- Develop the team members by exposing them to areas beyond their regular work
- Groom the people managers on people skills to help them become strong future leaders
- Inspire the team to outperform
