Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Commercial Experience Strategy for an FMCG, based at Bangalore.
CA / MBA in Finance with 10+ years of work exp. in the in Finance domain
Should be in SME in Strategy / Transformation / Performance Management
Must have Story telling skills and presentation skills.
Should have a prior exposure in handling global processes and global stakeholder management.
The Comm Exp. Performance manager will be a person that the Stakeholders heavily rely on to drive superior performance management across the full extent of the team and transform our ways of working into agile/future fit styles.
The role will also be responsible for driving the people capability development across the full ComEx team, which will require partnering with the Leadership team to deliver ongoing development of a programme to deliver future fit capabilities for the team and superior experience for all the stakeholders.
The successful individual for this role will bring a good knowledge of ComEx operations, a passion to explore leading edge management techniques, a drive to improve performance and hold all accountable for delivery against their commitments, a curiosity to seek out value and most importantly the ability to excite and influence colleagues at all levels to change and become Future Fit.
The role reports to the Director.
The Responsibilities -
Performance management
- Performance management for ComEx. Create/maintain an insightful performance reporting pack that gives all leadership forums insights into their service line actual performance and future trajectory. ComEx monthly performance reporting to be used by all (UniOps, ComEx Exec, SO & FO) leadership forums.
Financials: actuals vs target & forecast by service line (opex, restructuring, capex)
3PSP performance
Strategy and Annual Plans
- Own the quarterly strategic reviews with UniOps central team and strategic review presentations with other stakeholders as and when required (VIP visits etc)
- Drive the annual planning process for Comex
- Own the overall ComEx strategy on behalf of the VP ComEx and updates as/when necessary
- Create ComEx 'story-telling' decks that can be used in the various forums to explain our story
Talent development for ComEx
- Drive the talent development agenda on behalf of the lead director. Further develop and operate a programme that creates future fit capabilities in our team (eg experience, agile, change management, story telling etc) and fosters a learning organization.
Leadership Team support
- Drive good governance through agenda structure, action clarity and follow up.
