YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) through right Deployment, Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning, and Incentive design
2. Implements simple, engaging, and insight-based sales incentive plans backed by strong hypothesis testing, industry benchmarking, and field force engagement studies Reviews Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) and implements a strong process and cadence of periodic review of S&T for all must-win brands
3. Demonstrate Expertise in Multi-Channel Execution and Veeva platform functionalities
4. Lead the Learning Managers (Field Training team) towards Excellence in field force learning/training
5. Leverages knowledge of reporting solutions like Tableau and other self-service analytical tools
6. Evangelize adoption of analytics to challenge status quo and recommend corrective actions
7. Drive the Integrated Brand Planning (IBP) process
WHO YOU ARE:
- University / Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline
- Pharmaceutical Commercial Excellence, SFE, CRM, and Data Analytics experience with a good understanding of Pharma Marketing and Sales processes
- Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing experience a plus
- Expert Analytical skills
- Prior knowledge of the Veeva platform is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of Multi-Channel Marketing, Segmentation, Targeting, and Profiling
- Demonstrated proficiency in successfully providing reporting solutions to business stakeholders
- Proven track record of project and stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
- Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance; determine own priorities and monitor resources within own work
- Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally
