- Lead the strategies to achieve Commercial Excellence and sustainable financial results

- Driving initiatives through the development and implementation of processes and tools of Business Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Training & Coaching, Customer Excellence, and Business Performance Analysis

Client Details :

- Leading Pharma MNC specializing in the Dermatology space having very strong and popular brands

Description :

- Design and develop the Commercial Excellence strategy including the roll-out of customer PST, common structures, policies, processes, key sales metrics, and reporting methods

- Set up necessary buy in and resource commitment from key stakeholders to achieve the Sales Excellence goals in the region.

- Sales Compensation and Rewards.

- Sales Automation (Veeva CRM/CLM) : Customer Relationship Management System and support a Commercial Business Intelligence tool.

Profile :

- 10+ years of work-ex especially in Pharma, OTX, OTC

- Experience in strategic planning, SFE and SFA

- Knowledge of SF tools

- Understands the importance of training - need identification and execution
