Position Description :

Job Title: FRP- Head Commercial-Runaya

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 4-7 years/ 7 years and above in relevant field would be preferrable (Industry - Chemical, Composite)

Qualification: B.Tech/Post Graduate/MBA

- Good Interpersonal skills, man management, good commercial knowledge

Competencies :

- Extensive experience and knowledge in raw material sourcing and spares management

- Contract management

- Service agreements

- Should have strong negotiating skills

- Logistics Management Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals, objectives and Business Plan aiming to accelerate growth

- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)

- Understand the requirements of Operations and Production team and ensure the same in met through proper sourcing plan.

- Key Vendor Engagement and Management and long-term contracts for all raw materials.

- Collaborate with and coordinate for focusing on interdepartmental goals

- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders

- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management

- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring

- Organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans and reverse auctions.

- Create the company's Supply chain strategy.

- Responsible for Inbound and outbound logistics, including its related documentation.

- Drive continuous cost reduction initiatives.

- Also responsible for stores Operations, Warehouse management and Scrap sales.
