Head- Commercial for a leading manufacturing company.

Position :- Head- Commercial

Job Description :-

1. Looking after complete commercial & financial functions.

2. Responsibility for Business planning and Budgeting, finalization of JV Company Accounts, Analysis and presentation of actual results to the Management.

3. Risk Management.

4. To plan, control and manage the procurement function in a cost effective & systematic way. To ensure proper planning of procurement to avoid delays.

5. Managing long term & short term fund requirements for the business & arrange the same with banks & financial institutions on cost efficient basis.

6. Overseeing all statutory compliances with respect to commercial laws & liaise with various authorities such as Excise, Sales Tax, Income tax etc. To liaise & deal with Statutory & Internal Auditors for Balance Sheet & Internal Control.

Areas covered – Loans, Investments, Forecasting & Budgeting, Cost Control, PF, Tax & TDS Scrutiny case, Compliance, Trust Meeting, Audit Committee, Procurement, Projects, MIS, Finalization and Audit.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

Education :- CA (must)

- Candidate should have min 16 yrs experience in commercial functions in manufacturing industry.

Candidates from Power/Oil & Gas/Steel/Aluminum/Construction/Heavy Machinery or other such manufacturing industries would fit better in this role.

Salary Band – less than 30 Lakhs.
