What will you be doing?
- Active participation in formulating the pricing strategy for different SKU's, financial modeling and simulation to arrive at deal specific pricing strategy for new channels or geography
- Billing system and automation (3 way matching), commission modelling and implementation, training key stakeholders across the organization
- Active participation in the planning and budgeting exercise and ensure appropriate targets are assigned in line with the growth strategy of the company and in line with the management guidance and projections
- Active involvement in preparation of program modeling for the growth led ideas in coalition with the business team
- Review of deal structuring of such ideas keeping various elements into consideration including but not limited to business rationale, commercial, legal, tax implication etc.
- Participate in sales pipeline reviews and forecasting, active participation in target setting and driving the performance along with management & sales heads
- Formulating and preparation of periodic flash reports
- Design and implement key performance indicators to track and review major profit levers/parameters providing early warning signals to all stake holders for corrective action
- Designing and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for end to end Order 2 Cash process and commission model. Automation including integration between CRM and accounting solution and payment gateway integration with accounting system for seamless payment flow
- Review and streamlining of various process/workflows, accounting policies, regulatory framework for proper accounting, internal control, adhering to compliance calendar and ensure there are no slippages in terms of internal financial control and regulatory compliances
Who are we looking for?
- CA (Mandatory and only CA)
- Need someone who has worked with Technology enabled product companies
- Prior product management & pricing strategy experience
- Exposure to Channel Partner network would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge in compliance
- Should have an analytical bend of mind in mapping processes to strategies
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills
