Head - Collections & Strategy - Unsecured Products - NBFC

A leading NBFC is looking for vintage professional to join there team as Head Digital Lending Collections. Below are the key responsibilities:

- Work with the data science team and leverage data to design and propose collection strategy

- Have a clear strategy for early buckets, mid buckets and hard buckets/recovery

- Manage a team of collections managers across buckets to deliver delinquency and loss results exceeding budgetary expectations

- Achieve the highest efficiencies through simplification and automation of the collections model

- Ensure processes are designed for all activities in accordance with internal policies and regulations and are implemented and monitored tightly

- Proactively manage the control environment by running self-assessments and ensuring all processes are in compliance with all internal and external regulations

- Ensure customer experience is not compromised even when collecting from overdue customers

Ideal Candidate :

- An ideal candidate should have extensive experience and background in collections in a consumer finance environment and should have managed very large collections volumes (a few hundred thousand accounts every month).

- He/She should have a proven track record of executing significant initiatives in collection automation and in delivering high performance and excellent loss results in unsecured portfolio.
