Job Description : Opportunity to head the collections strategy for a leading Fintech in India

Client Details : Our client is a leading Fintech headquartered in North India

Description :

- Head the Collections Strategy and Collections Analytics for the firm

- Manage strategy for both Hard and soft collections of the firm

- Prepare and lead collections strategy for all buckets (0 Onwards) within the firm

- Design collections strategy in close coordination with the risk team at firm's level

Profile :

- 4 to 10 years of experience in collections strategy and Analytics

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-School

- Strong Quantitative skills

- Strong leadership skills
