Job Title - Head Collections (Retail Assets- NBFC)

Job Responsibilities:

Planning, Allocating, and Monitoring the delivery of the budgeted numbers (Both the buckets)

A cohesive relationship driven approach in collaboration with the Business, Credit & Risk to achieve the numbers of the hard buckets

Meeting the compliance requirements with various regulatory bodies

Optimum usage if analytics on the data for arriving at an efficient measure to manage delinquency

Driving a team of Zonal Managers to consolidate the regional numbers.

Team Management & commendable people management skills
