Description

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute innovative collections strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.


Team Empowerment:

- Lead, inspire, and empower a high-performing collections team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and adaptability to change.


Agile Process Management:

- Implement agile collections methodologies to respond swiftly to market dynamics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align collections strategies with business goals.


Performance Metrics:

- Establish and monitor performance metrics, ensuring the collections team consistently meets or exceeds targets.

- Implement performance-based incentives to drive motivation and productivity.


Innovative Technology Integration:

- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance the speed and efficiency of collections processes.

- Leverage data analytics and AI to make informed decisions and predictions.


Customer-Centric Approach

- Implement customer-centric approaches that prioritize positive interactions and long-term relationships during the collections process.

- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Risk Mitigation Strategies:

- Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate credit risks effectively.

- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them.


Market Intelligence:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.

- Utilize market intelligence to adapt collections strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the collections function of a reputable NBFC or financial institution.


- Proven track record of successfully managing collections in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.


- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead change initiatives.


- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and technology solutions.


- Years of Experience - 10-15 yrs relevant in the fin-tech/NBFC
