Head - Collections - FinTech

Job Description :

- Should have a mix of Analytics and Operations experience in collections

- Working with Analyst to come up with collections strategy

- Formulate plans of where to focus resolution and recovery efforts

- Should be able to think ahead and plan for preemptive actions for Collections

- Running various collections teams - Tele, Field & Digital

- Manage collection agencies and identify and enroll more vendors

- Manage relationships with collections teams of partnered Banks/NBFCs across the country
