- Opportunity to head the Collections vertical of a well known and well established Financial Services player in the Indian Market. Looking at prior experience in Construction Equipment as well as Rural Collections (Large Ticket size)

Client Details :

Our client is a well established and well known MNC Financial services organisation

Description :

- Head the collections setup including internal as well as Agency channel from Construction equipment as well as rural collections

- Head both Tele as well as Field collections for the firm

- Optimise overall cost of collections for the firm

- Work closely with CEO in terms of Collections Strategy

- Work closely with Legal, Compliance and Other Support functions in order to ensure best practices within the organisation

Profile :

- 15+ years of overall experience with 4-5 years at a leadership level (Country) in Construction equipment and rural collections

- Exposure in managing geographically diverse teams

- Experience in managing all forms of collections such as tele collections as well as Field collections

- Experience in Managing and heading teams taking care of Hard as well as soft collections
