- The Manager is responsible for minimizing bad debt losses through the effective design, monitoring and deployment of Collections strategy,

- Recommend collection policies and strategies that will result in reducing delinquency roll rates and losses

- Analyze collections and operations strategies and tactics

- Develop, implement and analyze tests designed to improve collections and overall operational effectiveness; set a roadmap for ongoing learning

- Effectively report on and communicate impact of collections strategies, including test results

- Identify areas to reduce cost of collections without negatively impacting collections performance

- Work with Operations management to implement collections strategies, including process improvements and technology enhancements

- Ensure appropriate systems and infrastructure are in place to track, evaluate and support collections strategies and tests Research industry best practices; make recommendations accordingly

- Establish collaborative relationship with cross-functional team to move collections strategies forward
