Job Profile:

- Responsible for developing & implementing collections strategies

- Analysis of portfolio trends, segmentation, delinquency trends

- Forecasting inventory trends & giving feedback to field teams

- Managing collection process & automation

- Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

- Develop strategies to enhance performance

- Work closely with a cross-functional team to implement strategic changes. Develop monitoring tools to assist teams in managing new processes, workflows, and procedures.

- Provide insight and expertise to Field Team and work closely with them to ensure workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency.

- Review and analyze delinquency trends

- Provide operational insight to changing environments, process flow/workflow and other impacts to portfolio performance.

- Review proposed changes to operational functions recommending appropriate solutions.

- Provide detailed analysis of proposed changes and develop a business case for recommended changes.

- Provide timely feedback to superiors on the market dynamics and scenarios to enable business decisions.

- Preparing presentations & dashboards with portfolio trends & indicators for monthly review with senior management

- Portfolio Segmentation & Forecasting

- Loss forecasting estimation using a product of flows methodology.

- Analysing, identifying & publishing early warning indicators to indicate early signs of stress in the portfolio.

- Developed an early warning segmentation model at a branch level, enabling the branch, state & central functions to take corrective action post identification of root cause.

- Portfolio monitoring & tracking using lead & lagged indicators.

- Automation- Drive Process automation to enhance efficiencies of collection operations

- Identify & plan for process automation opportunities
