Role is
To provide leadership to business of the Group on issues of Performance, Rewards & Job Analysis Evaluation. Developing and executing an integrated Performance and Rewards Strategy in line with the Business HR Strategy will be a critical deliverable for this role.

Partnering with the CHRO and the Business leaders to understand the context and drivers of an issue, and provide solutions/ support will be a key expectation from the role. The job holder is responsible to manage the function's budgets, resources, capabilities within the team and expectations of the Business efficiency and effectiveness metrics.
