We have the following requirement with leading organizations in Mumbai with very large workforce

Head/COE / Head Performance, Rewards & Job Analysis Evaluation

MBA HR from 2002-07 batches

Role is

To provide leadership to business of the Group on issues of Performance, Rewards & Job Analysis Evaluation. Developing and executing an integrated Performance and Rewards Strategy in line with the Business HR Strategy will be a critical deliverable for this role.

Job Design, Analysis and Evaluation

HRIS

Partnering with the CHRO and the Business leaders to understand the context and drivers of an issue, and provide solutions/ support will be a key expectation from the role. The job holder is responsible to manage the function's budgets, resources, capabilities within the team and expectations of the Business efficiency and effectiveness metrics.

SME in Rewards and Performance domain are invited to share or refer the resumes with current location base and ctc drawn
