- Responsible for Sales and Marketing in Digital lending products and Loyalty solutions.
- Will be handling high engagement products with strong customer appeal, higher transaction value and a great consumer delight.
- Lead and campaign management to drive utilization/usage driving account extensions and new business development for Sales team. Sales forecasting, lead generation and tracking to check conversion New product and partnership launches considering the market requirement
- Monitor India specific concierge trends, fix the gaps under partnership works and continuously capitalize on vendors.
- Handling existing clients and identify other opportunities to increase the account value and recognition Deliver monthly reporting, yearly Profit and loss accounts for Sales, Partners and affiliate programs Drive cross department integration between Sales, Operations, Accounts and coordinate with the global teams for strategic initiatives, volumes, ideas etc.
- To map the major financial institutions and create a strategy to drive business volumes.
- Launch Digital solutions in Indian market and successfully sell it to the clients
- Managing strategic partnerships with key lenders helping build product propositions and providing lending product to bureau customers and products to suit customers which are new to credit.
- Creating end to end digital journey through API integration of leads for ease of applying and better customer experience.
- Exhibiting excellence in leading program management, vendor programs strategic alliances, digital marketing, brand alliances,
- Managing general functions in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.
- Developed competency in implementing strategies towards enhancing business volumes and growth.
