Head - CMS Product

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of CMS products, from concept to launch.

- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and market needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.

- Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.

- Oversee the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and launch.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CMS product development, with a proven track record of launching successful products.

- Strong understanding of cash management solutions and market trends.

- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
