Position: Business Head - Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Sales Leadership:
- Lead and drive cloud sales with a focus on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in cloud services.
Team Management:
- Oversee a team of 6-7 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans.
Business Growth:
- Develop strategies to increase the current turnover
- Analyze market conditions and customer needs to enhance service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Reporting and Collaboration:
- Providing regular updates on sales performance and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 7-8 years of experience in cloud sales, with proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- 6-7 years of experience in team handling and leadership roles.
Education: B.Tech in IT or a related field.
