We have a urgent position for Head Client Servicing for Trade Operations.
Role Description:
The jobholder is required to provide strategic direction for consistent delivery of top quality and market leading Customer Service functions in country to achieve the overall business objective of revenue growth. The role is focused on achieving revenue retention, reduced sales time on service, effective transactional advisory to other frontline teams, pro-active management of service performance and increased clients- usage of self-serve solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Development and effective execution of the Client Service proposition
- Alignment with the global model and business objectives;
- Planning and effective execution of all Client Service initiatives including client communications, staff training and development, technology implementation, client surveys and action plans, etc
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Global Standards by the CS team
- Achievement of local/ regional/ global Customer Service KPIs
- Oversee the timely and value-add provision of ongoing support to clients
- Attract and retain clients through providing dedicated client servicing and specialist trade advice
- Streamline the client on-boarding process and support the implementation for clients
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and experience in trade and client service is essential.
- High commitment to service excellence and client relationship management
- Minimum 10 years of experience at managerial level, leading teams
- Strong leadership and change management skills
