Job Description:
- On boarding Customers (Domestic & Off shore).
- Meetings/ calls with the Bank and Demat department and custody team,developing strong rapport with the intermediaries and imparting Regular training to the intermediary.
- Query resolution.
- Increasing monthly and yearly communications with the customers and increase in Net promoter score.
Process Improvements:
Study process time analysis (Time & Motion Study),identify & implement digitization wherever possible, identify redundant process and improve it, documenting all the processes.
- Closure of internal and external audit observations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/post graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in Client Servicing
- Strong process improvement background and comfort with using Technology to upgrade the customer experience in terms of service
- Pleasing personality
- Superior language fluency and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
