Head - Client Servicing - Events Management

I am hiring for the role of Client Servicing Head for leading a Event Management company.

Location: Mumbai

Job Description :

1. Understand client requirements and preferences for each event.

2. Plan and organize events within specified financial and time constraints.

3. Coordinate with clients regularly and provide updates on event progress.

4. Source and evaluate different vendors for catering, decoration, and entertainment.

5. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

6. Manage all aspects of event operations, including venue preparation, invitations, food, and drinks, while staying within the allocated budget.

Job qualification:

1. 7+ years of experience in event management, specializing in client servicing.

2. Proficient in coordinating events and fulfilling the responsibilities of an event coordinator or a similar role.

3. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

4. Exhibits strong vendor management skills and a successful portfolio of previous events.

5. Possesses a sense of ownership, pride in performance, critical thinking abilities, and works well in a team environment, with good time-management skills. A degree in Event Management or a relevant field is preferred.
