Seeking candidates for a - Head - Client Services position for one of the MNC BPO based in Noida for:
- Providing strategic direction in building strong positive experience with the Clients.
- The role would focus on identifying, planning, developing and managing projects to enhance our services to the clients, by engaging various departments within the company.
- Be responsible for providing complete resolution to the client's queries.
- Be responsible in defining departmental operating budget, resources, risk and scope management.
- Establish training, evaluation criteria and processes for the best service delivery.
The candidate must possess at least 10 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or Call Centre industry, with at least 4 years in senior management level and Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean is a strong advantage.
