Head - Client Partnership & Growth - 13+ Years - Delhi/NCR - e-Commerce/Retail

Client is looking for an established leader for its Client Partnership & Growth (CP&G) team to head CP&G Operations. As head of CP&G operations, you will manage the development and management of the Operations team spread across the Client Partnership & Growth team including Merchandising, Marketing and Account Management.

Location - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Management

- Design and build a service operations organization in line with our goals

- Define quality goals and processes for the service operations organization

- Collaborate with global business partners and technology teams to identify, plan and execute strategic projects to support evolving business needs and continue to scale the operations team

- Lead global business processes transition, productivity, and efficiency enhancements projects

People Management

- Identify, recruit, and onboard top talent to grow the capabilities of the CP&G Operations organization in India

- Define roles and responsibilities, performance goals, and career growth path for the team

- Foster a culture of high performance, excellence, and innovation through focused training, guidance, and support

Operations Management

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all processes

- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and delivery SLAs with an ability to thoughtfully prioritize conflicting demands

- Design best practices based on the industry standard to optimize day-to-day operations across teams

- Design and analyze business/operational performance metrics (KPIs) to make operations decisions

- Report on performance metrics and escalate/address issues as they arise

- Effectively manage the quality and costs of the operations team

- Experience leading operations teams in ecommerce / retail industry

- Management experience of leading a team of 20+ employees

- Experience planning and building new functions, developing metrics, and showing significant improvement

- Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and business decision-making skills

- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional team and manage stakeholders in global organizations

- Experience building and developing teams, balancing priorities in an ambiguous environment

- Significant experience with operations organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors in science/ engineering or equivalent

- MBA preferred
