Will be responsible for developing and maintaining Pan India Claims, Underwriting and Healthcare strategy.
Establish cost effective and efficient configuration of operational resources to deliver the strategy and plans in context to Indian market.

- Managing risks and implementing key business controls
Developing & setting up Pan India operations
Understanding business requirements
Designing and documenting work flow
Developing process manuals
- Defining operating processes and service metrics
- Ensure a culture of customer centricity and work towards robust implementation of metrics around customer centricity like NPS
- Ensure development of cost effective operating platforms
- Structuring and developing standard operating procedures
- Set up innovative service technology for customers and distributors
- Build a robust customer engagement model to ensure maximum customer retention and maximize revenues through existing customer relationships
- Establish operations guidelines in underwriting and claims assessment in compliance with company risk management strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships and ensure long term relationships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify service requirements, define operating processes and service metrics
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements
Position Requirements:
- Doctor, Post graduate in Hospital Admin
Extensive business and operations management experience in multi-regional role.
Proven track record of successfully leading multi-functional and cross geographic teams.
- Superior operational skills, with experience achieving profitable growth through management of relevant profit levers. Experience interfacing with customers.
- Broad business perspective required.
- Strategic agility, influence management and matrix management skills.
- Capacity to find alternatives and solutions as well as identify problems.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management and people leadership skills.
