Head - Claims Support - FMCG

I am handling an assignment with leading consumer driven company for the role of Head Claims Support.

Candidate with good exposure in The Research Claims lead on all global projects and the co-lead on some of them - this includes delivery of innovation mixes and supporting existing ones including incoming competitor and regulatory challenges.

This role will have to ensure the correct decisions are made related to claims ( clearance / creation/ recommendations). This needs the ability to handle pressure and stakeholders, perseverance and finally ensuring we do what is right for the brand and the company - even at the cost of conflict.

Manage Multiple Global Projects and Co-ordination with Cross functional teams.
