Production facilities include BOPET, BOPP, Metallizing, Coating, Holographic etc. Your candidature is being considered for heading the film operations at 2 plants- Chhata, near Mathura & Indore (3 BOPP lines & 4 BOPET lines). The position is in senior- leadership cadre and reports to Director. The incumbent would be stationed at Chhata plant & could stay at Agra or Mathura. The incumbent : - Must have strong experience in managing production ramp-up, new product introduction & productionization - Must have operated in an environment that uses highly skilled manpower - Should be aware about legal & statutory framework in packaging industry. - Should have breakthrough achievements in efficiency, quality, cost & NPI - Should have exposure to transformation in a plant - Should have high awareness & application of World class manufacturing practices The KRAs include : - Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers. - Supporting business strategy & planning - P&L Management - Plant Operations at Chhata & Indore plants including New Projects & New Programs - Logistics / Supply Chain Management - Product Engineering & VE - All Compliances etc. Desired Skills and Experience : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and planning skills - Highly intuitive as well as analytical - Project management skills - This position forms part of strategic think-tank & offers excellent opportunities for horizontal & vertical career-growth.
