Head/Chief Officer (Marketing & Sales - BOPP FILMS)
- You will be responsible for delivering the overall BOPP and coating sales volume for domestic & international market as per target.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Developing the domestic sales strategy for BOPP and Coating in line with the overall company business plan.
- Fostering excellent customer relationships with key customers and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring market penetration and developing new customers for BOPP and coating.
- Manage the daily Sales/Marketing operations to achieve planned goals in keeping with all corporate and brand standards of the company.
- Delivery of contribution as per defined targets as well as other key metrics like number of days outstanding.
- Driving sales process orientation across the team and enforcing the discipline required around the same.
- Taking up specific projects around sales process improvement, sales training etc. to enhance sales productivity.
- Contributing to creating effective marketing strategies for domestic market e.g. exhibitions, conferences etc. to enhance the brand image.
- Managing performance of the domestic sales team including regular feedback to motivate the team to perform better.
- Manage the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product and quality.
- Direct executive of strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Responsibility for the direction of accounts receivable.
- Provides accurate and timely communications as required by the company.
- Results driven strategic leader.
- Ambitious professional skilled at creating strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively develop, align and support key business.
- Big picture focuses on developing strategic business solutions including gap and risk analysis.

Qualification And Experience -
1. BE & MBA with overall experience of 15+ years in the BOPP industry or with convertors only be preferred.
2. Must be a proven performer in the achievement of deadlines and targets.
3. Experience in planning and budgeting.
4. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
5. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
6. Ability to create accountability and lead by example.
7. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
8. Must be able to handle the pressure of timeline.
9. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, analytical skills essential as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
10. Candidates who are familiar with the international region and have strong contacts will be highly regarded.
11. Analytical thinking and presentation skills.
12. Energetic and passionate professional with ability to work with a diverse stakeholder set, both internally and externally.
13. Role includes extensive travelling.
