About:

- We are seeking an experienced Head - HR to lead and drive the Human Resources function for our FMCG business.

- The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of comprehensive HR experience, with a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals.

- This role requires expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges in the food processing and FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and growth plans.

- Partner with the senior leadership team to create a workforce plan that supports the strategic direction of the organization.

- Implement HR best practices to foster a high-performance and results-oriented culture.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the FMCG and food processing sectors.

- Develop succession planning and career development programs to build a robust talent pipeline for future leadership roles.

- Oversee onboarding, training, and development initiatives to ensure continuous growth and skill enhancement of employees.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

- Design and implement employee engagement strategies to drive motivation, productivity, and retention.

- Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, promoting equality and employee well-being.

- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction.

Performance Management:

- Implement a transparent performance management system to evaluate and enhance employee performance.

- Drive initiatives for goal setting, performance reviews, and constructive feedback to support a high-performance culture.

- Link performance outcomes to reward and recognition programs to drive employee accountability and motivation.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs aligned with industry standards to attract and retain top talent.

- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

- Manage payroll and incentive schemes to support business objectives and maintain cost efficiency.

Compliance & HR Operations:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, labor laws, and other relevant regulations in the food processing and FMCG industry.

- Lead audits and implement risk management initiatives to safeguard the organization's compliance standards.

- Streamline HR processes and systems for operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Change Management & Organizational Development:

- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.

- Lead organizational restructuring projects to align with the dynamic needs of the FMCG market.

- Implement learning and development programs to equip employees with necessary skills and competencies.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

- Utilize data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement, and talent development.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 20+ years in HR roles, with a significant portion in leadership positions within the food processing and FMCG sectors.

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices, trends, and challenges in the food processing and FMCG industry.

- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading large HR teams and driving organizational change.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and influence key stakeholders.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex HR issues.

- Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance standards specific to the FMCG and food processing industry.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in implementing HR technology solutions and digital transformation in HR processes.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Background in handling mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring in the food processing/FMCG domain.
