- The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function, directing all aspects of human capital management including HR business partnering, employee engagement, HR policies & compliances, talent acquisition, people development, performance management, C&B, training & development, succession planning and various initiatives .
- This role is crucial in creating a positive organizational culture, addressing critical aspects like retention across the organisation, enabling growth and expansion that the organisation envisages going forward, ideating HR initiatives and implementing them, adopting best practices, managing people cost for the organisation, compliance, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- The ideal candidate will be an innovative and strategic thinker with excellent execution capabilities that is aligned with organisations goals.
- One should also possess strong leadership skills to drive business partnering, employee engagement, enhance workforce productivity, and support the organisation's growth and success.
