Head - Chassis System - Auto

- Provide strategic directions to team for delivering First time right products by optimizing weight, cost and quality for Chassis & Suspension, Brakes, Steering, Axle and Powertrain Integration Systems respectively

- Conceptualize and develop the technology road maps for next- Gen Technologies across the globe in the above mentioned domain

- Drive and implement the best practices & lessons learnt for all current and future programs

- Organize and manage project activities and reviews with Cross Functional Team, System Leads and COEs

- Project planning and budgeting to control Cost, optimize Quality & achieve Time targets as per project requirements

- Ensure project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation. Analysis concerns and provide resolution

- Development of vehicle to obtain the target performance in tune of drivability, comfort, stability, brakes, steering etc

- Review of design & development of Chassis and allied systems and new product development projects involving platform strategy, packaging and layout finalisation

- Driving a culture of Innovation and Collaboration with effective Change management

- Enhancing capability of the team and nurture future leaders by mentoring and coaching
