Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (Tier 1 or Tier 2 passed out)
Venture-Home Services (Part of Emerging Unicorn)
Description :
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Active Involvement in Lead Generation through Direct Marketing/Direct connects with other resources.
- Monitor the Channel increase & grow on a National/Regional level.
- Build process and funnel for top-down reach out
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives Grow and retain existing accounts by Upselling/Cross-selling solutions.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Civil Engineering, Business, marketing, or sales or related field of study
Desired Candidate Profile
1. MBA and/or Bachelors from top tier institutes
2. 10 years experience in startups sales handling.
3. Should be from FMCG industry.
4. Willing to hustle; first principle thinking / problem solving ability
5. Ability to analyze the customer needs and mapping them to the company's solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable
6. A track record of being a closer and overachieving the sales quotas
7. Location: Bangalore; 6 days working (Mon-Sat)
