About the team and role :
The team is responsible to bring out to the market our world class offering in trade & supply chain finance space through the platform. The products would range from vendor finance, factoring solutions, dealers/distributor finance, dynamic discounting, bill discounting, anchor-based trade finance and structured trade finance products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build a world class dedicated team which is aligned with the overall objectives & vision of our platform business
- Build a strong sales culture which is aligned with the high growth aspirations of the platform business
- Drive the channel business by acquiring vendor/dealer partners under anchor led supply chain finance programs including dynamic discounting running through the platform.
- Drive the sales efforts and be responsible for the overall growth of the AUM and income from the portfolio on the platform.
- Manage the entire process of execution of sourcing of deals, kyc & pre-sanction and execution of post sanction documentation
- Ensure compliance with the approved product terms to ensure prompt drawdown under the approved facilities.
- Support lenders/investor partners in always ensuring compliance with regulations
- Ensure no credit loss in the portfolio which is being run through the platform. Plan and device efficient exit plans in co-ordination investors/lender teams
- Ensure timely renewal of the existing portfolios to ensure continuity of business
Desired Skills :
- Possess 8-10 years of relevant experience in driving channel/dealer/vendor sales with large teams and established anchor clients in the industry
- A minimum leadership/team leading experience at regional or national level for 3-4 years is mandatory
- Prior experience banks, NBFCs or Fintechs would be mandatory
- Well versed in MS Excel, Power Point and other financial modelling tools would be an added advantage
