1. Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.
2. To develop and manage new SI Partners PAN India.
3. Responsible to increase our reach in the market and Business prospects.
4. Evolving strategies & activities to achieve desired business objectives & implement recognition campaigns for enhancing motivation.
5. Tie- ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
6. Lead proposal development, Negotiations and commercial for opportunities.
7. Regularly monitor sales trends, Market Dynamics.
8. Drive collection, increase market share & share of wallet with customer.
9. Pipeline Development/Order Book/Revenue Achievement.
10. Will be responsible for Partner development, Partner relationship, business/revenue generation with partners.
11. Evaluating performance & monitoring sales and marketing activities, Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and outstanding.
12. Guide and train partners to accomplish set revenue and business target.
13. Ensure compliance with company and government policies and procedures.
14. Participate in Regional Business performance reviews and QBR's along with the Business Head.
15. Work with Regional Shared Services teams to ensure alignment on Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain.
16. Ensure the team development plans are documented and leadership development plans in place for High performers.
17. Publish reports outlining all sales activity and communicate to mgmt. via daily, weekly and monthly scorecards
ESSENTIAL :
1. Relevant experience in Sales preferably from Network / System Integration division.
2. Must have handled the business of Telecom Products, IT Networking Products.
3. Understanding of P&L, financial metrics, balance sheet and ability to forecast accurately.
DESIRABLE :
1. Preferred Industry: Telecom / software/ Data Centre / System Integrators/ IT.
2. Having sound knowledge of FTTX, Passive IT IP
