KRAs:

Will be part of Change and Transformation team (reporting, budgeting, planning, F&A shared services advisory, F&A process bench marking, finance process improvements).

1. Strategic performance management

2. Planning Budgeting Forecasting - process design for clients

3. Cost and Profitability advisory

4. Design of dashboards and running it for clients with governance

5. Working capital management

6. Business process re-engineering led by the CFO

7. Finance staff assessment and re-skilling

8. Post Merger Integration for the office of the CFO

Mandatory skills:

- Strong Finance technical skills

- Hands on in Financial processes

- Matured in client interactions

- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Previous consulting experience required

- Open to international travel
