Head-Change Management for a leading Life Insurance Company

Qualifications: B tech, M tech , MBA

Skills/ Knowledge:

- Excellent knowledge and experience in .net technology, SQL server

- Ability to translate business issues/ challenges into effective solutions

- Ability to direct large cross - functional multi - disciplinary teams

- Knowledge of business consulting and change management methods, tools and techniques and ability to apply the same on projects

- Strong influencing and negotiating skills

- Excellent communication skills including presentation and facilitation

- Ability to assess and manage risks

- Excellent stakeholder/ relationship management skills

- Strong commercial acumen and awareness levels

- Sound understanding of program and project management mechanics, tools and techniques

- Change Management capabilities while delivering people initiatives, which improve business results in a demanding environment

- Skills in planning and delivering strategies to improve business results in a demanding environment

- Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities

- Encourages sharing of ideas, information and knowledge proactively around the business and external customers

- Shows drive, enthusiasm and tenacity in the achievement of objectives and monitors progress towards them

- Excellent team Player

Experience:

- More than 13 years of experience with the ability to direct large teams, potentially across functions

- Should have at least more than 10 years proven track record in IT successful delivery of projects (full project life cycle) e.g. Policy Admin System, ERP, SAP, Oracle, Sun, Business Intelligence , CRM & Imaging and work flow.

- Minimum 5 years financial service of experience (Life Insurance market) desirable.
