Head - Change Management & Communication

BNC is hiring for Head Change Management & Communications for Gurgaon Location.

1. Monitor and supervise changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organization.

2. Ensure that staff members embrace the change.

3. Create change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals.

4. Develop and implement plans to manage change.

5. Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities.

6. Coach and mentor staff through the change process.

7. Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees.

8. Provide expert advice on handling a change in an organization.

9. Coordinate and implement changes to IT systems, business processes, policies, and procedures in coordination with GPOs and IT

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. MBA with minimum of 10 years of experience in change management and internal communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

2. Knowledge of Global Shared Services

3. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives.

4. Experience in a multinational corporation is preferred.
