The role of the position is a multifaceted position that involves a combination of strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities. This position involves Strategic Planning, Operational Oversight, Communication and Representation, Decision Support, Problem-Solving, Organizational Development, Executive Support, Risk Management, Policy and Procedure Development, Budget Oversight.

Responsibilities :

- Advisor to the CEO/Leadership Team- Act as a key advisor to the CEO or other top executives, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance on critical issues.

- Strategic Initiatives - Lead or support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless operations.

- Project Management - ZA key projects, ensuring they are on track and aligned with organizational goals.

- Internal Communication - Manage internal communication processes, keeping staff informed about key developments and organizational changes.

- External Communication - Represent the CEO or executive team in external meetings, fostering relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the media.

- Data Analysis - Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

- Research and Analysis - Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and other factors that may impact the company.

- Issue Resolution - Act as a troubleshooter, addressing challenges and resolving issues as they arise.

- Conflict Resolution - Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions among different teams or individuals within the organization.

- Talent Management - Work on talent development and management strategies, ensuring the organization has the right people in key roles.

- Culture and Morale - Contribute to building a positive and productive organizational culture.

- Lead Special Initiatives : Take the lead on special projects or programs that require a high level of coordination and oversight.

- Change Management: Assist in managing change within the organization, especially during periods of growth, restructuring, or transformation.

- Support to CEO: Act as a right-hand person to the CEO, managing their schedule, preparing materials for meetings, and handling other tasks to ensure the executive's time is used efficiently.

- Identify Risks: Identify potential risks to the organization and work with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.

- Develop and Implement Policies: Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

- Financial Oversight: Work closely with finance teams to monitor budgets and financial performance against targets.

- Assist the CEO in spearheading the company's expansion initiatives

- Collaborate with the CEO in overseeing and managing the company's operations.

- Collaborate with the CEO in overseeing and managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.

- Collaborate with the CEO in managing cash flow and new orders.

- Assist CEO in running the organization and ensuring growth of the company.

- Position will require extensive travel within India and overseas.

Requirements:

1. The candidate should be Engineer- Electrical/Mechanical/Civil /Chemical

2. The candidate should have worked in the construction industry and understands construction project lifecycle.

3. The candidate should have worked in CEO office post MBA for minimum 2 years.

4. The candidate should have secured > 75% in Engineering.

5. The candidate should be MBA from IIM/XLRI and not any institution less than this.

6. The candidate should have minimum overall 8-10 years' experience post MBA.

7. The candidate should understand financial management, balance sheet, P&L.

8. Candidate should have understanding and exposure to international markets.

9. The candidate should have worked in consultancy associated with infrastructure.
