Job Description :

- Accelerating growth in sales through effective individual targets which is beyond Group BD targets

- Monitoring Divisional BD Head's performance, both individually and as team.

- Monthly MIS reporting to all CEO, CFO and all MDs.

- Ensuring performance management (including training) of BD personnel across the firm, evaluation & quantification of their KRA's.

- Custodian of Group Business Targets.

- Driving integrated and standardized processes across the entire BD function - cost sheet, RFP management, approval, contract management, online tool like pipedrive, volume based discount agreement, strategic relationship with JLL, CBRE, C&W,

- Develop central repository of tenders, RFP, responses to standard questions,

- Custodian for all marketing material including presentation.

- Implement process to enhance and update material.

- Manage external engagement via conferences, events, etc.

- Tracking new business wins and losses.

- Define and design various governance structure for sales & marketing activities for security & FM business.

- Subject matter expertise in designing & defining the value based proposition for outgoing pitches.

- Overall responsibility of Marketing & Branding activities including PR, Social Media etc.

- Responsible for Market Intelligence.
