- The COE Head handles demand and intake from project teams. Tasked with standardizing the delivery process and performing the value-add services of the COE.
- Managing Large teams & drive offshore knowledge/research/ centre for consulting organisation.
- Extensive experience in setting-up/running the India knowledge/research centre for global consulting.
- Requires to drive the Capability center& supporting large organization.
- Lead the team for Center of Excellence and Innovation initiatives.
- Build, enable and share best practices with delivery teams. Engage with Customer, Customer Solutions (Delivery, Sales, Partner), Product Management (global), to identify areas of opportunity and design innovative solutions.
- Design, build and lead custom solution offerings and design GTM Strategy for innovative solutions.
- Excellent executive communication, with ability to present to CxOs and senior leadership.
- Delegate tasks, motivate team and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Candidates from Tier 1 Colleges preferred
- Min 20 Years experience in the relevant background
