Head of Catalog & Pricing Operations - 5 to 7 years in Operations related roles in leading eCommerce / Retail / Food-tech Firms - Experience handling a large team - Experience working with external vendors/sellers - Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders - Experience in setting up nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets. - Experience in defining new processes and setting up benchmarks. - Proficient in Microsoft; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong written and oral communication skills - Strong business acumen and analytical skills - Able to reason analytically, logically, and in a consistent fashion - Ability to dig into detail, manage complexity and drive decision making - MBA preferred As the Head of Catalog & Pricing Operations : - You will be responsible for leading and managing the Catalog & Pricing team nationally to maximize customer experience (B2B/B2C) and positively impact our growth metrics. - This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. - Providing a good product discovery experience is what empowers our customers to make informed purchase decisions. This is dependent on the quality of our product catalog. A high quality catalog has every product associated with a structured and accurate set of attributes. - To be successful in this role, you must have the analytical depth to break down complex problems with a strong will to get things done and deliver results no matter the obstacles. - You must be a strong communicator, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with multiple stakeholders to provide meaningful insight. - You will be passionate about processes and innovation. - You will have operational experience in handling day-to-day operations in an eCommerce/food-tech firm. - You will have experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders such as product team, merchandising, sourcing team, category team, supply chain, and also external vendor partners. - Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. REQUIREMENTS : 1. Design long-term solutions that can drive operational efficiency at scale within our Catalog and Pricing operations team 2. Implement/Execute these scalable processes and solutions nationally to improve quality and effectiveness 3. Setup the required infrastructure, manpower planning and recruitment for growth and expansion requirements 4. Collaborate closely with Product and Tech to bring in latest innovations to drive automation 5. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain for B2B Catalog process improvements and Merch/Category teams for B2C Catalog process improvements 6. High attention to detail, comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously 7. Drive processes such as market research in terms of cataloging standards across competition 8. Numbers driven: Ensure a high quality day-to-day benchmark metrics for Catalog Accuracy 9. Bring in fresh ideas related to Content Writing, Photo-shoot, Styling, Editing, QC, upload and Inventory management 10. Mentor, lead and guide a team with varied skill-sets
