Job Description - As a Head of Capital Markets/ capital transactions group with the real estate investment banking team, you will be responsible for the following:

Lead all Private Equity, Debt and structured Finance transactions

Be responsible for the revenues from the geography across all transactions

Deal sourcing, execution and closure of transactions across a variety of Real Estate segments residential, commercial, IT Park and SEZs, retail/ shopping centers, hospitality, education, etc.

Business development and execution

Engagement letters with clients, transaction documents, Information Memos and Financial Models

Be able to identify transaction opportunities and the market trends and lead the strategy by way of introducing innovative structure and business models

Extensive networking with the India focused investment community, both global and domestic investors

The Successful Candidate - You will have an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Engineering, though a Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate/ MBA from a leading institution would be preferred. You will have at least 10 years of work experience in investment banking, corporate finance or investments within the real estate sector ( leading IPC, Big Four or boutique investment bank with a strong real estate practice).
