Head - Campus Recruitment - IT

Salary range: 15 - 18 LPA

Responsibilities :

- Campus Program Management

- Partner with Leadership and HR Stakeholders to design and implement - Campus Recruiting Strategies

- Managing campus recruiting programs across western region, India

- Talent Analytics, Talent Branding and Social Engagement

- Driving the full life cycle of recruiting campus hires, from strategic planning execution.

- Drive plans along with HR business leaders to determine overall capacity needs, on-boarding and training dates.

- Manage/track candidate pipeline and report recruiting metrics to key stakeholders.

- Plan, manage and track campus budgets.

- Plan and oversee the execution of interview days, including interviewer scheduling and training sessions.

- Travel to campuses to lead presentations, participate in networking events, etc

- Maintain harmonious relations with Campus, Placement Coordinators

Experience :

- A full time management graduate from an leading IT firm

- 12-15 yrs of experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Campus Hiring

- Excellent communication, Presentation Skills

- Should be willing travel across Western parts of India/ Pan India
