Job Description : In this role, you will be responsible for strategic direction, crafting and execution of robust recruitment and engagement plans, to attract and identify suitable talent as per the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing campus hiring for multiple roles across top tier colleges
- Experience in managing large scale University hiring programs
- Responsible for designing the hiring strategy, identifying target schools, investing in relationship with key stakeholders
- Understanding the nuances and negotiating with the colleges
- Building relationships and networks with key campuses across the region
- Coordination with internal stakeholders to design the recruitment approach to meet the recruitment demand
- End-to-end structuring, management, and implementation of engagement activities pre- and post- recruitment to maximize joining conversions
- Excellent client engagement skills with an ability to strategize recruitment activities foreseeing the business plan of the Organization
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders
Desired Profile:
- Management Graduate from Tier 1/2 Institute
- Relevant 4+ years in campus hiring in a reputed organization
- High on integrity, trustworthiness and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
- Should have strong presentation, interpersonal skills & negotiation skills
